Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Ensure access to the installation location.
Obtain any permits required by law unless otherwise agreed.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Payments
Payments must be made according to the issued invoice and agreed contract terms.
Late payments may result in delayed services or additional legal remedies permitted by Romanian law.
Warranty
Warranty conditions are specified in the individual contract and may vary depending on the manufacturer and the services provided. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Intellectual Property
